Full job description

Join a team of six DevOps engineers based in Vilnius, Kaunas, and Mumbai. Responsibilities include designing, implementing, and maintaining observability solutions (metrics, logging, tracing, alerting), operating and optimizing monitoring platforms (Prometheus, Mimir, Grafana), managing logging infrastructure with the ELK stack, defining and maintaining Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, ensuring reliability and performance of observability systems, and supporting incident detection and root cause analysis. Requirements include hands-on experience with observability tools, logging platforms, Terraform, understanding of distributed systems metrics/logs/traces, familiarity with Kubernetes, strong troubleshooting skills, and proficiency in English. Preferred skills include coding in Python or Go, exposure to CI/CD pipelines, experience with Puppet, knowledge of alerting best practices, and understanding of SRE principles. What you'll do

  • Design, implement, and maintain observability solutions (metrics, logging, tracing, alerting)
  • Operate and optimize monitoring platforms (Prometheus, Mimir, Grafana)
  • Manage and improve logging infrastructure with the ELK stack
  • Define and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform
  • Ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of observability systems
  • Support incident detection, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis

Requirements

  • Solid hands-on experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Thanos or Mimir)
  • Experience managing logging platforms (ELK stack or Loki)
  • Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code practices with Terraform (Terragrunt)
  • Understanding of metrics, logs, and traces in distributed systems
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Proficiency in English
