Full job description

Senior Web Stack Engineer role focused on delivering high-quality frontend solutions using Nuxt and Vue in headless architectures. Responsibilities include ownership of complex frontend features, performance optimization, accessibility, security, SEO best practices, mentoring developers, and collaborating with distributed teams in the Philippines and Denmark. Requires minimum 5 years of frontend development experience, strong communication skills, expertise in Vue, Nuxt, TypeScript, SCSS, headless development, performance optimization, accessibility (WCAG), security (OWASP), SEO, automated testing, and AI-assisted coding workflows. Experience with agile (SCRUM) and distributed teams is required. Bonus skills include Storybook, Umbraco Content API, and SAP product integration.

What you'll do

Take ownership of complex frontend features, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
Develop and optimize performant, headless frontend applications using modern frameworks
Collaborate closely with frontend engineers, backend engineers, project managers, design, and UX teams
Ensure accessibility, security, and SEO best practices are embedded in development workflows
Apply performance optimization techniques across frontend projects
Mentor developers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team
Use AI-assisted development tools to improve coding, testing, and documentation efficiency
Identify and drive improvements in development, testing, and release processes
Understand client needs and business context to recommend improvements and ensure solutions support long-term goals

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of full-time professional experience in frontend development
Several years of experience with headless frontend architectures
Experience working in agile (SCRUM) environments
Experience collaborating in distributed and cross-cultural teams
Strong communication skills in English
Proficiency in Vue and Nuxt
Proficiency in TypeScript and SCSS
Knowledge of headless development principles
Experience with performance optimization for modern web applications
Understanding of accessibility guidelines (WCAG)
Knowledge of security best practices (OWASP)
Experience with SEO optimization techniques
Experience with automated testing and modern frontend tooling
Experience with AI-assisted coding workflows
