Full job description
Senior Designer role at Smartly responsible for developing and refining creative assets for Display and Social campaigns. Collaborate with Art Directors, Developers, and cross-functional teams. Lead design projects from concept to delivery, develop reusable templates and design systems, apply motion design and animation, contribute to campaign ideation, maintain high-quality deliverables, and mentor junior designers. Requires 5+ years experience in graphic/brand/visual design or art direction, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, strong design principles knowledge, excellent communication skills, and experience in digital advertising and motion design preferred.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with Art Directors and Developers to create and refine display and social creatives for various clients
- Lead design projects from concept to delivery ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines
