Senior Delivery Manager

What you'll do

• Act as the primary client partner, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships at all levels—from operational teams to CXOs
• Understand client needs and translate them into actionable strategies and solutions
• Serve as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance, handling escalations, and ensuring client satisfaction
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and company goals
• Manage multiple stakeholders, including global clients, internal teams, and external partners
• Implement industry best practices in project management, agile methodologies, and governance
• Provide strong technical leadership, ensuring solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with business needs
• Understand and discuss technology solutions with clients, including AI and digital transformation initiatives
• Drive adoption of best-in-class tools, processes, and frameworks for delivery excellence
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve client growth targets and expand business opportunities
• Collaborate with creative, technical, and business development teams to deliver innovative solutions
• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams, fostering a positive, collaborative work environment
• Evaluate and improve team performance, ensuring alignment with client and organizational goals
• Maintain a hands-on approach, staying close to project execution and technology trends
• Promote continuous learning, innovation, and process improvement across the organization

Requirements

• Extensive experience managing large-scale, global technology projects in a fast-paced, agile environment
• Proven track record in consultative selling, client relationship management, and business growth
• Strong technical leadership and understanding of technology business, including AI, cloud, and digital transformation
• Excellent communication, empathy, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to understand and implement industry best practices in delivery, governance, and team development
• Multiple domain expertise is highly valued
