Full job description
Senior Data Scientist role focused on Yield Optimization at Verve. Responsibilities include leading design and development of large-scale data science systems and models, driving technical excellence in Demand Shaping, Floor Optimization, and Bid Optimization, managing large-scale initiatives, resolving complex technical problems, designing scalable data processing and real-time model serving systems, mentoring teams, and collaborating with Product and Engineering. Requires 5+ years in Data Science or ML with AdTech expertise, mastery of Python and SQL, experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn), Big Data and Cloud infrastructure (PySpark, Google Cloud Vertex AI), and ability to design distributed systems. Advanced degree preferred.

Proven ability to design and oversee large-scale distributed systems and real-time ML pipelines
Exceptional communication skills to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to align multiple teams around long-term technical visions and architectural standards
Advanced degree (Master's or PhD preferred) in Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Physics
