Senior Data Analyst role in Hyderabad, India (work from office) with working hours 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM IST to collaborate with US stakeholders. Responsibilities include partnering with marketing and cross-functional teams to define business questions, designing and evaluating marketing tests (A/B, holdout, geo tests), analyzing campaign and channel performance, building understanding of marketing measurement practices (incrementality, attribution), translating findings into actionable business insights, and contributing to best practices in marketing performance evaluation. Requirements include 5+ years experience in marketing or business analytics, strong understanding of marketing measurement and test design, proficiency with SQL, Excel, and BI tools, strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
