Full job description
Client Success Manager responsible for growth, satisfaction, and retention of a regional client portfolio. Use Selligent platform to drive Consumer First Marketing. Responsibilities include account retention and growth, client interaction, onsite visits, identifying marketing opportunities, sales cycle participation, partnering with technical teams, collaborating with partners, onboarding new clients, and program implementation. Requires 5 years advertising/marketing experience, 3 years in account management, strong project management, communication skills, and fluency in Dutch and English. Some travel (<20%) required. Location: Hasselt, Belgium.
What you'll do
- Retain, grow, and develop accounts through daily/weekly interaction with clients and partners
- Periodic onsite visits at client and partner’s offices
- Identify opportunities within client’s marketing and communication strategy to improve usage of Zeta Global products and services
