Full job description
Senior Customer Success Manager role responsible for managing a portfolio of clients as primary contact, driving campaign performance, client retention, and account expansion. Collaborate with Professional Services, Support, and Product teams to ensure campaign success and alignment with client business objectives. Monitor campaign data, identify growth opportunities, and develop tailored strategic plans. Lead client meetings and maintain documentation. Requirements include 5+ years in digital marketing or advertising client services, strong client management and communication skills, analytical skills with Excel, experience with campaign management tools, and willingness to travel monthly to Sydney. Salary $140,000 AUD. Benefits include unlimited PTO, health and wellness coverage, corporate discounts, and engagement events.
What you'll do
- Own and maintain strong relationships with accounts, ensuring client success through up-sells, cross-sells, renewals and overall account growth
