Full job description

Deliver content strategies aligned with client goals, audience needs, and brand strategy. Collaborate with project teams to ensure strategic content alignment throughout the customer experience. Create content strategy frameworks and deliverables such as content audits, matrices, models, journey maps, site maps, and migration maps. Conduct research with strategists and analysts to understand audience needs, data insights, and competitive landscapes to inform content goals and KPIs. Develop content governance plans and supply chain workflows to help clients manage content. Develop taxonomy, tagging, and metadata strategies for content distribution across channels and platforms. Act as a thought leader in content strategy and contribute to practice growth by creating repeatable frameworks. Requires bachelor's degree and 3+ years in strategic content roles, preferably agency experience. Must have strong communication skills and ability to present to leadership.
