Seeking a proactive senior individual contributor and player-coach BDR based in Irving, TX. This role involves delivering own KPIs while supporting the BDR team with execution, onboarding, and development without direct line management. Responsibilities include managing pipeline targets, designing multi-channel outbound sequences, identifying buying signals, leading discovery using SPICED, coaching peers, supporting team lead with KPIs, refining outreach, and collaborating with Sales and Marketing. Requires 1+ year BDR or Inside Sales experience in B2B SaaS or Enterprise software, experience with complex enterprise sales cycles, ownership of pipeline, mentorship skills, sound judgment, curiosity for new tools, strong communication, and comfort in remote/global environments. Tools used include Salesforce, Apollo, and LinkedIn. Hybrid work model with 3 days per week in Irving office. Requirements
A year or more of BDR or Inside Sales experience selling B2B SaaS or Enterprise software solutions
Experience in complex enterprise sales cycles, engaging senior stakeholders through tailored, intent-based outreach
Ownership over pipeline numbers and resilience through rejection and quiet periods
Mentorship skills and readiness to take informal ownership of team activity without formal line management responsibility
Sound judgment on time management and ability to influence peers and cross-functional partners without authority
Curiosity and proactivity in adopting new tools, techniques, and strategies
Strong problem-solving instinct and passion for building new processes
Clear, confident communication skills in writing and on the phone
Comfortable operating in a remote and global environment
