Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of high-throughput backend components for the ad exchange platform using Go or Java. Mentor engineers and ensure code quality. Own critical services from design to deployment and monitoring. Collaborate with management and product teams to build scalable systems. Optimize infrastructure and resolve incidents. Requires 5+ years in software engineering focused on distributed backend systems, expertise in Go or Java, concurrency, cloud platforms (GCP, AWS), container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker), CI/CD (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD), IaC (Terraform), observability (Grafana, ELK), and agentic-assisted development tools. Bonus for experience in Ad-Tech, FinTech, or high-frequency trading environments.
