Full job description
AppsFlyer seeks a Senior Data-Oriented Backend Engineer with 5+ years of experience in data engineering, focusing on Apache and Scala-Spark/PySpark. The role involves developing end-to-end client-facing and data infrastructure features, collaborating with product managers and engineers, and improving system performance, scalability, and stability. Candidates should have experience with high throughput, low latency distributed systems, strong English communication skills, and a B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent. Bonus skills include experience with large-scale production databases, Airflow, BigQuery ETL, Go and Clojure backend services, and an AI mindset.
What you'll do
- Develop end-to-end, both client-facing and data infrastructure features, from data processing to database choice and modeling implementation
- Collaborate with product managers and software engineers to deliver complex products
