Microsoft Ads India is seeking a Senior Applied Scientist with 7+ years of applied science experience in Machine Learning, Reinforcement Learning, and Causal Inference. The role involves developing and deploying large-scale AI/ML models for online advertising, focusing on ad selection, ranking, and campaign optimization. Candidates should have experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow, programming skills in Python, C#, or Java, and a strong background in deep learning algorithms. Responsibilities include leading AI innovation, optimizing models at scale, conducting experiments, and collaborating with global teams. Required qualifications include a relevant degree with corresponding experience, experience in online advertising or recommendation systems, and the ability to pass Microsoft Cloud background checks.
What you'll do
