Senior Analyst

What you'll do

• Coordinate with internal project managers and client services team to finalize data processing specification forms
• Provide guidance on tool functionality and solutions
• Develop and maintain data processing workflows and documentation
• Perform extensive quality checks and data validation to ensure accuracy

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience working with Quantum, Q, SPSS syntax or similar data processing software
• Experience working with data for large, multi-market complex projects
• Experience in data processing including weighting, stacking and significance testing
• Good understanding of industry best practices in data processing
• Ability to perform extensive quality checks and data validation
• Microsoft Excel skills required, VBA macro writing experience/knowledge a plus
• Comfortable working night shifts, 24/7 operational support and weekends on a roster
• Strong consulting, communication, and collaboration skills
• Emotionally intelligent with conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
• Demonstrates ownership, problem-solving ability, multitasking and prioritization
