Senior Analyst

What you'll do

• Apply advanced Data Science techniques and Machine Learning to business problems
• Use statistics and data-analysis for trend discovery, correlation, pattern discovery, text mining
• Perform data discovery and exploration using statistical analysis tools
• Work on usecases involving LLMs and building Agents
• Use Tableau/Power BI for descriptive analytics
• Structure, manage, harmonize and analyze data
• Identify insights and propose recommendations or next best actions
• Engage directly with clients across all project stages: discovery, design, delivery, deployment
• Collaborate closely with others in a team environment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Technology or Master’s in Business analytics, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics or equivalent experience
• 4+ years’ experience in advanced Data Science techniques and Machine Learning
• Experience with application of statistics and data-analysis in a business environment (trend discovery and analysis, correlation and pattern discovery, text mining, etc.)
• Advanced level experience using SQL (or Google Big Query), Python
• Strong interpersonal communications skills (verbal, presentation and written)
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical and inquisitive mindset
• Focused on results and able to work closely with others in collaborative environment
• Proficient with data discovery and exploration, strong use of statistical analysis tools
• Experience with usecases involving LLMs and building Agents
• Intermediate to advanced level Tableau/Power BI experience in descriptive analytics
• Strong data structuring, management, harmonization and analysis experience
• Ability to identify insights from analyses and propose recommendations or next best actions
• Continues to expand and enhance technical knowledge and skillset, contributes to knowledge sharing
• Direct engagement with clients across all project stages of discovery, design, delivery, deployment
