Full job description
Senior AI Marketing Producer role managing Search product creative operations and intake. Requires 9 years in creative production, program management, or marketing operations, including 3 years managing cross-functional projects. Experience with Generative AI technologies (LLMs, AI agents, creative tools) in production is required. Responsibilities include translating Product Marketing Manager needs into global creative production plans, managing global initiatives, building consensus, and driving alignment across teams and leadership. Strong stakeholder management and change management skills needed. Salary range $171,000 - $248,000 plus 20% bonus, equity, and benefits.
What you'll do
- Managing Search (product area) creative operations and intake
- Establishing efficient processes and clarity by translating Product Marketing Manager needs into feasible global creative production plans
- Managing cross-functional, and global initiatives within a global-enterprise environment
- Building consensus and creating clarity from ambiguity
- Driving alignment among executive leaders and geographically cross-functional teams
- Communicating topics clearly to influence without authority across levels, functions, and geographies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 9 years of experience in a creative production, creative program management, or marketing operations role
- 3 years of experience managing cross-functional projects within an organization
- Experience utilizing or integrating Generative AI (GenAI) technologies (e.g., LLMs, AI agents, creative tools) in a production environment
