StackAdapt is seeking a Senior Agency Partner to lead agency growth strategy in France. The role involves developing strategic growth plans, building relationships with senior agency stakeholders, driving programmatic advertising revenue, negotiating commercial agreements, educating agencies on the StackAdapt platform, and collaborating with internal teams. Candidates must have 7+ years in digital advertising or programmatic sales, experience with media agency networks, strong C-level relationship management skills, fluency in French and English, and the ability to work remotely with occasional travel. What you'll do
- Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for assigned media agencies
- Drive adoption of StackAdapt’s platform and increase programmatic advertising revenue
- Build and maintain relationships with senior agency leaders and operational teams
- Lead negotiations and close long-term commercial agreements
- Educate and empower agencies through training and showcasing platform capabilities
- Partner with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for agency clients
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and agency needs
- Present performance metrics and key insights to agencies
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in digital advertising or programmatic sales
- Strong focus on agency partnerships
- Experience working with and growing accounts within media agency networks (HoldCo and independent)
- Proven ability to manage C-level relationships and influence decision-making across all levels
- Deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, agency operating models, and digital advertising technologies
- Experience developing client pitch decks, negotiating contracts, and meeting or exceeding sales targets in a quota-carrying role
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in French and English
- Self-starter mentality
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events
