Full job description

InMobi Advertising seeks a Senior Sales Manager based in Delhi with 6-8 years of online media sales/advertising experience. The role involves driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction by managing strategic client relationships and delivering customized branding solutions aligned with client advertising needs. Responsibilities include new account acquisition, developing customer plans, growing Microsoft Advertising's share of wallet, educating clients on Microsoft Ad products, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve escalations. Candidates must have a proven track record of meeting revenue goals, strong communication and presentation skills, and knowledge of branding and native display advertising. What you'll do

  • Drive revenue and increase customer satisfaction by developing and cultivating strategic client relationships
  • Deliver customized branding solutions aligned to client’s advertising needs
  • Drive new account acquisition and grow incremental revenue against targeted high potential agencies
  • Develop quality customer plans laying out revenue and customer satisfaction growth strategies
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of clients and agencies new to the Microsoft Audience Network proposition
  • Create high value revenue-generating opportunities and lead regular, impactful engagements with key clients
  • Grow Microsoft Advertising's share of wallet across client portfolio by highlighting missed branding opportunities
  • Leverage current relationships in the advertising ecosystem to drive adoption conversations and open new relationships
  • Forge relationships with client-side marketing heads and build industry presence
  • Educate clients on Microsoft Ad features and offerings to help reach business goals and new markets
  • Develop and maintain high quality, actionable Customer Plans and Joint Business Plans
  • Coordinate with Account Manager Head to ensure timely and proactive customer escalations
  • Capture feedback and influence internal solutions
  • Continually strengthen Microsoft Ads and Branding expertise and take personal accountability for career development

Requirements

  • Minimum 6-8 years’ online media sales/advertising experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Advanced degree preferred
  • Proven track record of exceptional performance, high productivity, communications skills and meeting deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed revenue goals or targets
  • Proven ability to understand customer needs, create and deliver customized, customer-focused pitches and solutions
  • Effectively navigate through ambiguity and complexities related to client management
  • Talented in storytelling and delivering engaging presentations across all levels of leadership
  • Ability to navigate customer sales negotiations and technical presentations in person and remotely
  • Solid knowledge of the branding industry, native display products, customer's needs, Microsoft’s strategy and how they work together
  • Passion for technology as an enabler for company growth
  • Location: Delhi, should be willing to travel
