The Trade Desk is seeking a Senior Account Manager to support the Client Services team by managing and growing key accounts in a large Retail Media Agency. The role requires expertise in The Trade Desk platform to provide strategic recommendations, client training, and data-driven insights. Responsibilities include building strong client relationships, collaborating with Sales & Trading teams, leading onboarding and education programs, and providing feedback for platform improvements. Candidates should have 5-7+ years of client-facing experience in online advertising, 1-2+ years in programmatic advertising, strong analytical and communication skills, and be willing to travel about once a month. Proficiency in Excel and MS Office is required. The position is full-time and located in Chicago, Illinois. Salary range is $56,400 to $103,400 USD.
