Full job description

Responsible for strategic account management and sales leadership for a portfolio of strategic client accounts. Develop and execute account strategies, maintain revenue base, drive value, and manage billing activities. Ensure customer retention and satisfaction, serve as escalation point for issues, and cultivate partner relationships. Collaborate with sales on new opportunities, forecasting, and revenue growth. Support customer success initiatives and conduct quarterly business reviews. Mentor junior account managers. Requires over 5 years of experience in account management or client-facing roles, strong knowledge of programmatic adtech ecosystem including DSPs and SSPs, experience negotiating commercial deals, and ability to drive revenue growth. Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
