Requirements
8+ years of overall client success or account management experience, including at least 4 years in digital and/or programmatic advertising
Proven track record of owning post-sale account health and driving measurable retention and growth within existing client accounts, including experience carrying or contributing to an upsell/renewal target
Strong ownership instincts and proactive communication
Strong account management and client success experience, including managing complex agency and brand relationships and co-owning account strategy with a sales partner
Hands-on experience with major DSPs and platforms such as The Trade Desk (TTD), DV360, and Amazon DSP is a strong plus
Demonstrated success partnering with cross-functional teams (Sales, Ad Ops, Creative, Insights, Product) and building trusted relationships internally
Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and analytics/BI tools
Strong analytical skills, comfortable interpreting campaign data to identify performance trends, risks, and upsell opportunities, and translating them into clear client recommendations
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with ability to manage multiple clients, campaigns, and stakeholders simultaneously and reprioritize quickly
Willingness and flexibility to work with global teams across several time zones
