Full job description

Microsoft Advertising seeks an Account Manager to drive revenue and client satisfaction by managing strategic client relationships and delivering customized digital advertising solutions. Responsibilities include developing and executing account plans, optimizing client campaigns, influencing stakeholders with data insights, supporting contract negotiations, and upselling products. Requires 5-10 years experience in sales, advertising, or marketing focused on digital advertising, fluency in German and English, and experience with online media and Search Engine Marketing. Position is full-time, on-site in Dublin, Ireland. Salary range €60,300 - €102,600 per year.

What you'll do

  • Partner with teams including Account Executives and Specialist team to develop and execute Microsoft Advertising account plans
  • Learn client business drivers and identify opportunities to optimize consumption
  • Influence Digital Marketing Managers, Directors, and Digital Buying Groups using data insights and product demonstrations
  • Optimize existing client business to achieve sales targets and maintain sales hygiene
  • Support Account Executive in negotiation plans for contract closing and renewal
  • Upsell and increase consumption of existing products, identify and replicate winning sales strategies

Requirements

  • MBA in Sales, Marketing, or related field with 4+ years relevant experience OR Bachelor's degree with 6+ years relevant experience OR 8+ years relevant experience or equivalent
  • Experience in online media, digital advertising, or Search Engine Marketing Sales and Service
  • Fluency in German and English
