Requirements
5+ years of experience in account management, partner management, customer success, digital advertising, or related fields
Strong understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem, including DSPs, publishers, agencies, and digital video workflows
Demonstrated experience managing strategic customer or partner relationships with responsibility for revenue growth, retention, and account planning
Ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, Sales, Operations, and other cross-functional teams
Experience resolving operational, technical, or delivery-related issues in a customer-facing environment
Strong communication, presentation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
