Responsibilities include client account management, campaign coordination, performance monitoring, issue resolution, business growth, and cross-functional collaboration with sales, operations, and product teams. Candidates must have 10+ years experience in account management, client servicing, digital media, advertising, or AdTech, strong industry knowledge, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and a proactive approach. The role is field-driven, based in Ho Chi Minh City, requiring presence at agency offices, client locations, and professional workspaces. This is not a work-from-home role.
