Full job description
Xapads Media seeks a Senior Account Manager to manage and grow key client and agency relationships within the digital advertising ecosystem. Responsibilities include client account management, campaign coordination, performance monitoring, issue resolution, business growth, and cross-functional collaboration with sales, operations, and product teams. Candidates must have 10+ years experience in account management, client servicing, digital media, advertising, or AdTech, strong industry knowledge, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and a proactive approach. The role is field-driven, based in Ho Chi Minh City, requiring presence at agency offices, client locations, and professional workspaces. This is not a work-from-home role.
