Full job description

Senior Sales Manager role at Amazon Ads France based in Clichy. Responsible for promoting digital advertising solutions (OTT, Video, Audio, Display, Programmatic) to brands and agencies in France. Requires 7-10 years experience in TV, Connected TV, and online video business development, strong sales and negotiation skills, strategic planning, and managing large accounts (€5M+). Must have excellent communication skills in French and English, ability to engage with C-suite executives, and deliver results autonomously. Experience with adtech platforms, programmatic advertising, and Amazon Ads products preferred.

What you'll do

  • Promote digital advertising solutions (OTT, Video, Audio, Display, Programmatic) in the French market
  • Approach brands/advertisers and their agencies at all hierarchical levels
  • Develop and grow business with short and long term potential using varied and deep advertising solutions
  • Negotiate and close deals including local communication actions and pan-European campaigns
  • Deliver results autonomously
  • Manage multiple projects respecting deadlines
  • Build strategic partnerships driving digital transformation for enterprise clients

Requirements

  • 7 to 10 years minimum experience in TV, Connected TV and online video business development
  • Significant experience in digital advertising, media sales, or adtech with enterprise or large-account sales focus
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and closing complex multi-stakeholder deals at C-suite level
  • Experience in strategic planning and designing multi-year Joint Business Plans with enterprise clients
  • Deep understanding of digital advertising ecosystem including programmatic, display, video, streaming, and measurement solutions
  • Experience managing portfolio of accounts with annual revenue responsibility of €5M+
  • Strong C-suite engagement skills and ability to hold strategic business conversations
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in French and English
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with organization, rigor, prioritization, and delegation
  • Analytical and/or semantic approach to advertising and media
  • Comfortable engaging with various business interlocutors face-to-face or by phone
