Amazon Ads Large Customer Sales seeks a Senior Account Executive to lead strategic Grocery category accounts. Role involves managing advertiser relationships, driving media investment, and delivering measurable business outcomes using Amazon Ads products including display, video, Streaming TV, Audio, Sponsored Ads, AdTech, and Amazon Marketing Cloud. Responsibilities include account strategy, revenue target achievement, client relationship management with senior stakeholders, cross-functional team coordination, data-driven insights, reporting, process improvement, and strategic initiatives. Requires 5+ years B2B sales and 7+ years digital media ad sales experience. Preferred experience with new customer relationships, executive stakeholder management, and CPG/Grocery clients. Location: New York, NY. Salary range: $148,700 - $201,200 annually. What you'll do

  • Own and lead the overall advertiser relationship and strategy, including account planning and direct advertiser agreements, for a set of complex, upper-tier accounts
  • Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets by securing sustained media investment partnerships and expanding adoption of Amazon Ads products
  • Deliver structured, objective-based long-term plans that drive growth and improve the advertiser experience
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client and agency stakeholders (VP/Director level and above)
  • Set customer objective-based priorities for the cross-functional account team and orchestrate internal partner teams
  • Develop data-driven insights, advertiser/agency education, and industry perspective to build effective client relationships
  • Communicate clearly and persuasively with client and agency senior leadership; contribute to cadenced reporting and narratives
  • Improve, streamline, and eliminate excess processes; drive efficiencies and develop best practices and playbooks
  • Influence the sales organization, partner teams, and senior leaders; advocate on behalf of the customer within Amazon
  • Participate in and/or lead strategic initiatives; influence partner team roadmaps

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience
  • 7+ years of digital media ad sales experience
  • Experience building new customer relationships
  • Experience managing executive customer relationships and key business stakeholders
  • Experience supporting CPG/Grocery clients
