Full job description

Senior Account Executive responsible for driving new business, retaining and growing existing accounts, and delivering exceptional customer service. Must excel at relationship building, presenting value propositions, and executing sales processes to achieve revenue goals. Requires 5+ years B2B/SaaS sales experience, familiarity with CRM tools (Hubspot, Salesforce, Outreach.io), ability to work cross-functionally, and experience with paid search and eCommerce preferred. Responsibilities include prospecting, client relationship management, upselling, demo presentations, CRM usage, revenue forecasting, and industry knowledge. What you'll do

  • Deliver high-level sales and customer service
  • Prospect, penetrate and create new client relationships
  • Retain and grow revenue from existing advertisers through upsell
  • Present Pacvue’s tool suite and demos to various audiences
  • Utilize Sales CRM tools to track account information and sales progress
  • Forecast expected revenue
  • Understand e-commerce industry and competitive environment

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B and/or SaaS sales experience
  • Experience with sales CRM and prospecting tools such as Hubspot, Salesforce, Outreach.io or similar
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse skill sets
  • Experience with paid search and eCommerce preferred
  • Ability to perform well in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment
  • Experience selling digital or online media
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience selling into holding agencies or enterprise brands preferred
