Full job description

Simulmedia is hiring a Senior Account Executive to join the Sales team in New York. The role involves driving revenue growth by identifying, pitching, and closing new business with advertisers and agencies. Responsibilities include managing the full sales cycle, building relationships with marketing decision-makers, communicating the value of Simulmedia’s TV+™ platform, collaborating with internal teams to develop proposals, maintaining pipeline forecasts, and representing the company at industry events. Candidates should have 4-7 years of experience in digital media, TV, CTV, or ad tech sales, a proven sales track record, strong understanding of performance and data-driven advertising, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles. The position is full-time with a salary range of $115,000 to $130,000. What you'll do

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with advertisers and agencies across assigned categories or regions
  • Build strong relationships with marketing decision-makers, media buyers, and planners
  • Effectively communicate Simulmedia’s value proposition, focusing on performance-driven video solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, ops, insights) to develop custom proposals and close deals
  • Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signature
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and update CRM regularly
  • Represent Simulmedia at industry events, conferences, and client meetings

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in digital media, TV, CTV, or ad tech sales
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong understanding of the media landscape, especially performance and data-driven advertising
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable navigating complex sales cycles and working cross-functionally
  • Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a drive to win
