Full job description

The Senior Account Executive at Kargo is responsible for driving revenue by managing agency relationships and closing deals. The role requires 4+ years of experience in digital, CTV, and programmatic advertising sales, strong Salesforce pipeline management, and excellent communication skills. Key responsibilities include achieving revenue targets, expanding agency relationships, proactively sourcing new business, providing market intelligence to internal teams, and coordinating cross-functional collaboration to enhance client proposals. Salary range is $180,000 to $260,000 USD. Location: Los Angeles, California.

What you'll do

  • Own an assigned book of agency relationships and convert them into consistent, growing revenue
  • Build real partnerships and close meaningful deals
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline and accurate forecasting in Salesforce
  • Engage key investment leads and planning contacts consistently to grow spend
  • Source new business proactively through outreach and relationship-building
  • Provide structured market intelligence feedback to product and strategy teams
  • Activate internal teams strategically to strengthen proposals and client experience

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience selling digital, CTV, and programmatic advertising
  • Established relationships within OMG and broader agency holding company networks
  • Demonstrated ability to build pipeline and close deals
  • Working fluency in digital ad products, programmatic mechanics, and competitive landscape
  • Salesforce discipline with current and accurate pipeline documentation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and navigating multi-level agency relationships
