Kargo is hiring a Senior Account Executive to manage and grow agency relationships, focusing on OMG and assigned agencies. The role involves meeting revenue targets, maintaining an accurate Salesforce pipeline, proactively sourcing new business, building multi-level agency relationships, providing market intelligence to internal teams, and effectively communicating in client interactions. Candidates must have 4+ years selling digital, CTV, and programmatic advertising, strong agency network relationships, pipeline and closing experience, fluency in digital ad products and programmatic mechanics, Salesforce discipline, and strong communication skills. Preferred experience includes consultative selling and brand-side relationships. Salary range is $110,000 to $120,000 USD.
