Full job description
Build and maintain production systems based on Data Scientist findings, including finetuning/distillation pipelines, routing algorithms, and cost-optimization logic. Develop data pipelines and platform components as owned products with real interfaces. Ensure engineering rigor of shared evaluation infrastructure for consistent model and algorithm work. Ship, monitor, and iterate on production systems, providing feedback to Data Scientists. Requires strong software and ML engineering fundamentals, algorithmic thinking for routing and optimization under constraints, and willingness to learn model finetuning and distillation. Comfortable working from existing analysis.
What you'll do
- Turn the Data Scientist's findings into production systems: finetuning/distillation pipelines, routing algorithms, cost-optimization logic
- Build data pipelines and platform components as owned products with real interfaces, not one-off scripts
