Full job description

InMobi Advertising is hiring a Tech Lead / SDE IV to lead and grow Data Engineering within their Demand-Side Platform (DSP). The role involves designing and delivering scalable batch and real-time data pipelines processing billions of bid-stream events daily, building and maintaining a data lakehouse for analytics and ML feature generation, and architecting backend microservices for DSP functionalities. The candidate will mentor engineers, lead architecture reviews, and collaborate with product, ML, and growth teams. Requirements include 8+ years software engineering experience with 4+ years in data engineering or large-scale data systems, expertise in distributed stream processing (Kafka, Flink, Spark), strong SQL skills, experience with real-time analytical databases (StarRocks, ClickHouse), orchestration tools (Airflow), open table formats (Iceberg), proficiency in Python/Java/Scala, microservices, Kubernetes, and knowledge of RTB ecosystem and privacy regulations. The role is full-time, located in Lucknow, India.
