Full job description

InMobi Advertising is seeking a senior Salesforce engineer for the GTM Engineering team to design, develop, and deliver scalable, secure, and performant solutions across Salesforce Clouds including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, and Agentforce. The role involves building intelligent agents and automations integrated with Slack and Salesforce, maintaining a middleware platform using Apache Camel and Java, and driving best practices in Apex, LWC, and CI/CD. Candidates must have 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, expert proficiency in Apex, LWC, Aura, SOQL/SOSL, and experience with large data volume solutions and enterprise CI/CD pipelines. Preferred qualifications include Salesforce Platform Developer II certification, experience with event-driven architecture, and familiarity with Salesforce Einstein and CRM Analytics. Responsibilities include technical ownership, performance optimization, integration design, mentorship, and release management. The position is located in Bangalore, India.

What you'll do

  • Design and lead development of scalable, secure, performant solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
  • Drive adoption of advanced Apex architectural patterns and scalable frameworks
  • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in Apex, LWC, and LDV queries
  • Lead development of reusable Lightning Web Components using Wire Service and Lightning Data Service
  • Design and implement secure inbound/outbound REST integrations with error handling and logging
  • Implement complex data sharing and visibility models and platform authentication patterns (SSO, OAuth)
  • Own end-to-end release process ensuring code quality and security with code reviews and CI/CD tools
  • Mentor junior developers on best practices, code quality, and technical design
  • Evaluate business requirements and propose optimal solutions balancing declarative tools and custom code

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Developer/Engineer experience focused on Lightning Platform
  • Expert-level proficiency in Apex, LWC, Aura, SOQL/SOSL
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce security and sharing models
  • Experience designing scalable solutions addressing Large Data Volume constraints and Governor Limits
  • Strong experience with enterprise-level CI/CD pipelines and Git/GitHub version control
  • Preferred: Active Salesforce certifications including Platform Developer II (PD2)
  • Preferred: Experience with Event-Driven Architecture (CDC, Platform Events) and asynchronous processes
  • Preferred: Experience with CI/CD tools like Copado, GitLab, Jenkins in multi-developer environments
  • Preferred: Familiarity with Salesforce Einstein and CRM Analytics
