Full job description

InMobi Advertising is seeking a mid-level software engineer with 2-5 years experience to join the optimization team responsible for building automated decision systems to scale DSP revenues. Candidates should have a B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent, strong coding skills in Java, Scala, Spark, or Python, and expertise in data structures, algorithms, concurrency, microservices architecture, and multi-threading. The role involves developing highly scalable and distributed systems for audience targeting. Good communication, teamwork, self-starting ability, attention to detail, and adaptability to changing requirements are required. Experience with online advertising, big data analytics, behavioral targeting, and cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS) is a plus. The position is full-time and located in Bangalore, India.

What you'll do

  • Build automated decision systems to scale DSP revenues with minimal human intervention
  • Develop highly scalable and distributed systems for audience targeting capabilities
  • Write code and build systems that directly impact revenue daily

Requirements

  • 2-5 years development experience
  • B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Strong development and coding experience in OO Programming (Java), Scala, Spark, Python
  • Expertise in Data Structures, Algorithms, Concurrency
  • Experience in Micro-services Architecture, multi-threading, performance-oriented programming and designing skills
  • Good organization, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven performer and team player
  • Self-starter who can work with minimal guidance
  • Attention to detail
  • Excited by challenges in developing highly scalable & distributed systems for audience targeting
  • Agility and ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements and priorities
