Full job description

InMobi Advertising seeks a senior Salesforce Engineer to design, develop, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions with AI-powered features. The role requires 4+ years of Salesforce development experience, strong skills in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and CI/CD tools like GitHub and Copado. Experience with AI/GenAI technologies such as Einstein, Agentforce, and OpenAI is required. Responsibilities include building AI integrations, optimizing performance, ensuring secure API integrations, mentoring junior engineers, and maintaining code quality. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is required. Preferred qualifications include Salesforce certifications and experience with event-driven architecture and prompt engineering. The position is full-time and based in Lucknow, India.

What you'll do

  • Design scalable solutions across Salesforce Clouds
  • Build and integrate AI-powered capabilities (Einstein, GenAI, LLMs)
  • Develop advanced Apex frameworks and LWCs
  • Optimize performance (Apex, LWC, LDV)
  • Implement secure integrations (APIs, AI/ML services)
  • Design data models supporting operational and AI use cases
  • Own code quality, reviews, and CI/CD releases
  • Mentor junior engineers
  • Drive solution design balancing declarative, custom, and AI-driven approaches

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 4+ years of Salesforce development (Lightning Platform)
  • Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, security model
  • Experience with LDV, Governor Limits, and CI/CD (Git/GitHub)
  • Exposure to AI/GenAI (Agentforce, Einstein, OpenAI, etc.)
  • Preferred: Salesforce PD2, Agentforce, or relevant certifications
  • Preferred: Experience with Einstein GPT / AI Cloud / Agentforce
  • Preferred: Event-Driven Architecture (CDC, Platform Events), async processing
  • Preferred: CI/CD tools (Copado, Jenkins, etc.)
  • Preferred: Experience with LLM use cases or prompt engineering
