InMobi Advertising is hiring a senior software engineer for the CDR-AI team focused on building a next-generation Reporting, Analytics, and AI platform. The role involves designing and delivering scalable AI/ML solutions including Generative AI, LLM-powered applications, and agentic AI frameworks. Responsibilities include developing backend services, REST APIs, AI workflows, and integrating vector databases. Candidates must have 3-5 years of experience in software development with expertise in Python, SQL, TensorFlow/PyTorch, AI/ML frameworks, REST APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (Azure, GCP). Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP), Docker, CI/CD, and containerized applications is required. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and ability to collaborate across teams. What you'll do
- Act as an independent senior engineer owning complex problem statements and delivering scalable, reliable solutions aligned with business goals
- Stay current with emerging technologies such as Agentic AI, Generative AI, and Copilot Studio, mentoring the team on adoption and best practices
- Collaborate with product, business, data, and engineering stakeholders and communicate technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
- Participate actively in architecture discussions, design reviews, sprint planning, and technical decision-making
- Design and build LLM-powered applications, chatbots, copilots, and multi-agent workflows
- Implement GenAI solutions using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, n8n, or similar
- Build and maintain prompt templates, chains, agents, tools, and reusable AI workflows
- Integrate vector databases for semantic search, contextual retrieval, RAG, and memory
- Develop backend services, REST APIs, and integrations to run AI models in production
- Ensure AI solutions are explainable, accurate, compliant, secure, and aligned with finance policies
- Monitor and evaluate model and workflow performance on an ongoing basis
- Optimize inference cost, latency, reliability, and overall system efficiency
- Collaborate with Product, Data, Business, Sales, Finance, and Engineering teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutions
- Stay updated on emerging GenAI, AI/ML, agentic AI, and automation technologies
- Participate in design reviews, sprint planning, technical discussions, and architecture reviews
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related engineering discipline
- 3–5 years of software development experience with hands-on expertise in Python, SQL, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and modern AI/ML frameworks
- Experience designing and building LLM-powered applications including prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, vector search, and fine-tuning pipelines
- Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, n8n, or ReAct-style agents
- Strong experience building REST APIs, microservices, and backend systems for production-grade applications
- Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP), including building or integrating MCP tools, servers, or capabilities
- Good understanding of CI/CD, Docker, and containerized application development
- Working knowledge of data pipelines, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP, or AWS
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders
