Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related engineering discipline
3–5 years of software development experience with hands-on expertise in Python, SQL, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and modern AI/ML frameworks
Experience designing and building LLM-powered applications including prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, vector search, and fine-tuning pipelines
Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, n8n, or ReAct-style agents
Strong experience building REST APIs, microservices, and backend systems for production-grade applications
Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP), including building or integrating MCP tools, servers, or capabilities
Good understanding of CI/CD, Docker, and containerized application development
Working knowledge of data pipelines, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP, or AWS
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders
