Full job description

Seeking a Salesforce Architect with 8-10 years of Salesforce implementation experience and 4-5 years as a Solution Architect. Must have expertise in Salesforce Core technologies including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components/LWC, and Financial Services Cloud (FSC). Required certifications include Salesforce Agentforce and Data Cloud. Responsibilities include defining and owning Salesforce solution architecture, leading FSC, Data Cloud, and Agentforce implementations, conducting architecture workshops, driving scalable and secure solution design, collaborating with stakeholders, supporting pre-sales activities, reviewing technical designs, and mentoring technical teams. Strong skills in Salesforce integration, security models, and leadership are essential. Preferred qualifications include Salesforce Certified Application Architect and Solution Architect certifications, Agile experience, and knowledge of AI/GenAI capabilities within Salesforce.

What you'll do

Define and own Salesforce solution architecture across business and technology streams
Lead FSC, Data Cloud, and Agentforce solution implementations
Conduct architecture workshops, discovery sessions, and technical assessments
Drive solution design aligned with scalability, security, governance, and performance best practices
Partner with business stakeholders and delivery teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Provide architecture guidance during implementation and deployment phases
Support pre-sales activities including solutioning, estimations, architecture proposals, and client discussions
Review technical designs, code quality, and integration strategies
Mentor and guide Salesforce developers, technical leads, and architects
Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and Salesforce best practices

Requirements

8-10 years of Salesforce implementation experience
4-5 years in a Solution Architect role
Strong expertise in Salesforce Core technologies
Experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions
Hands-on experience defining end-to-end solution architecture
Mandatory experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
Strong understanding of FSC data models and business processes
Salesforce Agentforce Certification
Salesforce Data Cloud Certification
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud implementation
Experience leveraging Agentforce for AI-powered customer engagement
Strong custom Salesforce development skills (Apex, Visualforce, LWC)
Expertise in Salesforce integration patterns and APIs
Proven leadership of cross-functional technical teams
Experience with solution definition, workshops, architecture governance
Ability to present technical solutions to business and executives
Strong understanding of Salesforce security models and governance
Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems
Mentoring and leadership skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
