Lead the France and Benelux sales team for Microsoft Elevate, accountable for segment business goals and customer advocacy across France, Belgium, and Netherlands. Provide strategic direction, drive alignment and influence across the organization, nurture and grow leaders, and guide deal structuring to drive annuity and cloud growth. Understand local markets, customer acquisition, licensing, discount requirements, and upsell/cross-sell motions, especially via partner channels. Collaborate with partners, product, marketing, finance, and operations teams to develop and execute a holistic business plan. Responsibilities include talent development, building influential relationships, managing revenue growth and new customer acquisition for cloud solutions, deal review and negotiation, supporting complex deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Requirements include a relevant degree or equivalent experience, proven leadership, digital sales knowledge, extensive sales and negotiation experience, and proficiency in French. Salary ranges from approximately €119,900 to €273,100 depending on country.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, Economics, or related field AND relevant experience in sales, marketing/advertising, managing high performance sales and technical-sales teams, and/or leadership roles in multi-tiered large organizations OR Master's Degree in the same fields AND relevant experience

Proficient knowledge of digital sales / modern selling
Extensive sales and negotiation experience
Demonstrable direct/formal, indirect/informal, and/or project team people management experience
Proficiency in written, reading, and conversational French
