Full job description
Criteo is hiring a Sales Strategy Analyst for Retail Media based in Sao Paulo, Brazil with a hybrid work model. This full-time mid-level role requires 4-5 years of experience in sales strategy, data analytics, consulting, or financial planning. Key responsibilities include partnering with the VP of Sales to meet growth targets, managing business performance and planning processes, analyzing pipeline and market opportunities, driving segmentation and coverage models, performing advanced analyses, developing presentations for senior staff, contributing to compensation strategy, and supporting organizational growth through project management. Required skills include strong business acumen, presentation skills, cross-functional collaboration, data translation into insights, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL. What you'll do
- Partner with the VP of Sales to deliver on ambitious growth targets
- Build relationships with regional management to become a true business partner
- Own the business performance for your scope, understanding in-quarter financial trends
- Manage Annual Planning and Quarterly Business Planning processes and surface local challenges to management
- Build business plans to support key initiatives and investment cases aligned with company strategy
- Run pipeline meetings, understand pipeline dynamics, analyze market opportunity, and strategize the pipeline
- Drive segmentation and coverage model within your scope to help Criteo grow efficiently
- Perform advanced analyses under tight deadlines to drive recommendations and support Retail Media’s hypergrowth in the US
- Develop detailed presentations and convey information to senior level staff across multiple functions
- Contribute to compensation strategy
- Develop strong project management skills to support company growth and organizational changes
Requirements
- 4-5 years of work experience in Sales Strategy, Data Analytics, Consulting, or Financial planning with increasing responsibilities
- Strong presentation skills and business acumen
- Demonstrated track record of cross-functional work and business partnering
- Ability to maintain strong relationships to foster effective collaboration with stakeholders
- Ability to translate data into business insights and recommendations
- Analytical, highly motivated individual with an impeccable work ethic
- Ability to deliver results in a high pressure environment
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL skills/expertise
