Full job description
Yieldmo seeks a Sales Operations Analyst to support global revenue operations by driving strategy, analytics, and execution across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product. Responsibilities include sales strategy and planning, forecasting, pipeline analysis, CRM management (HubSpot), process optimization, sales technology evaluation, performance analytics, and leveraging AI tools like Claude. Requires 3+ years in sales or revenue operations, CRM expertise, strong analytical and project management skills, and a bachelor's degree. What you'll do
- Partner with commercial leadership on go-to-market planning, sales target setting, and resource allocation
- Build and maintain forecasting models, territory plans, and pipeline analyses
- Analyze sales performance trends to identify productivity and growth opportunities
- Lead evolution of HubSpot strategy ensuring data integrity and user adoption
- Design and optimize scalable sales processes and workflows
- Evaluate and implement sales technologies and automation solutions
- Identify operational bottlenecks and develop solutions to improve conversion and velocity
- Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks
- Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to sales leadership
- Leverage AI tools including Claude to enhance analysis and workflows
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or related function
- Experience managing and optimizing CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot
- Experience building reporting frameworks, dashboards, forecasts, and analytical models
- Proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Looker, Tableau, or similar BI platforms
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with commercial, marketing, finance, and product teams
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve workflows and analysis
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus
