Full job description
RTB House seeks a Sales Manager/Director to implement market development strategies, identify and convert new partnership opportunities, and manage client relationships. Responsibilities include managing the full sales cycle, developing client portfolios, presenting products, analyzing sales data, and collaborating with technical teams. Candidates should have 5+ years B2B sales experience, 3+ years in performance marketing, knowledge of RTB models, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and fluency in English and Bahasa. The role is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
What you'll do
- Generate direct sales by handling all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting to closure
- Identify new sales opportunities and convert them into RTB House customers
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders (decision-makers) of brands and agencies
