RTB House is seeking a mid-level Sales Manager for the DACH region to drive new business in the small and mid-market e-commerce segment. The role focuses on outbound sales activities including cold calling, emailing, social selling, and networking at industry events. Responsibilities include researching and profiling prospects, managing CRM and outreach tools, crafting tailored messaging, and guiding prospects through platform activation. Candidates should have 2-3+ years in outbound sales roles, experience with digital-native companies, knowledge of the DACH market, proficiency in CRM and automation tools, and strong communication skills in German and English (C1+).
