Full job description

RTB House is seeking a Sales Manager to lead sales activities in the Polish market for its self-service advertising platform. The role focuses on driving new business within the small and mid-market e-commerce segment through targeted outreach and closing deals. Responsibilities include mapping target organizations, researching accounts, executing high-volume outbound activities, managing outreach with CRM and automation tools, booking meetings, qualifying opportunities, and closing deals. Candidates should have at least 2 years of sales experience, proven cold calling skills, ability to conduct independent research, understanding of the full sales process, and experience with outbound and productivity tools. Sales experience in digital or performance marketing is beneficial. Strong English and Polish language skills are required. The position is remote and offers a competitive incentive scheme, work with AI-based marketing technology, career growth opportunities, and stable cooperation based on a B2B or contract of mandate.

What you'll do

  • Map target organizations and identify key stakeholders
  • Research accounts and prepare for outreach based on client structure and potential
  • Execute high-volume outbound activities (phone, email, social outreach, LinkedIn)
  • Use research, automation, and CRM tools to manage and track outreach
  • Book meetings with decision-makers and build a strong sales pipeline from assigned deals
  • Lead conversations and qualify opportunities
  • Close / sign the deals

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales and signing deals
  • Proven experience with cold calling and speaking to mid- to senior-level decision-makers
  • Ability to conduct independent research and account mapping
  • Understanding of the full sales process - from activity, to meetings, to conversion
  • Comfortable working with outbound and productivity tools
  • Sales experience in digital marketing (ideally performance marketing) will be of great benefit
  • Highly motivated, proactive, resilient, coachable, and eager to learn
  • Strong English and Polish language skills
