Xapads Media seeks a Manager, Sales to drive revenue growth and strengthen presence in the UAE market. The role involves building and managing relationships with agencies and advertisers, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding branding-led solutions across CTV, programmatic, and display. Responsibilities include managing the full sales cycle, collaborating with internal teams, and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. Requirements include 5+ years in digital media or AdTech sales in the UAE, strong understanding of branding solutions, experience in performance marketing, established agency relationships, and strong communication and negotiation skills. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
