Full job description

TripleLift seeks a Sales Manager for its Agency Holding Company sales team based in New York. The role focuses on driving revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities, primarily with IPG agency and client accounts. Responsibilities include lead generation, pipeline management, cultivating strategic partnerships with agencies, DSPs, and advertisers, maintaining Salesforce data, meeting revenue goals, and providing sales forecasts and updates. Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in sales within the programmatic advertising ecosystem, strong communication and analytical skills, and a proven track record of building agency partnerships. Benefits include medical, dental, vision plans, flexible PTO, and 401k with employer match. Compensation ranges from $120,000 to $170,000 USD OTE.

What you'll do

  • Lead generation and pipeline management focusing on IPG agency and client accounts
  • Cultivate and expand relationships with key decision-makers at agencies, trading desks, DSPs, and advertisers
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information, activities, and pipeline in Salesforce
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals according to sales plan
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
  • Utilize solution-selling philosophy by listening to business requirements and selling appropriate solutions
  • Assess potential business deals through RFP responses and pursue proactive opportunities
  • Network at industry-relevant functions to increase company visibility and connect with new clients
  • Effectively forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales
  • Provide weekly updates to leadership on sales, leads, and status of prospective projects

Requirements

  • Proven ability to build and grow agency partnerships at all levels, from planners to executive stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem and general sales process, with experience selling cross-format solutions
  • Highly motivated team player who consistently strives to exceed goals and push expectations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Superior analytical skills and a strong grasp of customer needs
  • Comfortable taking ownership of projects and showcasing key accomplishments
