What you'll do

  • Own and deliver aggressive revenue targets, focusing on doubling business in the Philippines market
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand existing accounts and acquire new clients
  • Build and maintain C-level and senior stakeholder relationships across agencies, brands, and partners
  • Identify high-growth opportunities and unlock new revenue streams
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations to drive client success and retention
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to refine go-to-market strategy
  • Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting
  • Mentor and influence junior sales team members (if applicable)

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of sales experience, preferably in digital advertising, media, SaaS, or related industries
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets in the Philippines market
  • Strong network across agencies, advertisers, and key industry stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to scale business and drive exponential growth (e.g., 2X or more)
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
  • Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and data-driven decision making
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Strong leadership presence and stakeholder management skills
