Full job description
StackAdapt is seeking a mid-level Sales Manager based in Germany to grow existing business and close new programmatic advertising revenue from agencies and brands. The role involves sales activities and customer relationship management, working closely with Account Managers and product teams. Candidates must have digital advertising sales experience (programmatic a plus), proficiency in English and German, CRM experience, ability to create client pitch decks, and a proven track record in quota carrying roles. Occasional travel within the region is required. The position is full-time and remote-first with a focus on candidates located in Germany. What you'll do
- Identify, pitch, and close platform sales deals with local agencies and brands
- Work closely with management and product teams to specify and build products
- Manage existing client relations and seek account growth opportunities
- Collaborate with StackAdapt Account Managers to grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new campaign strategies and solutions to clients and building strong relationships
Requirements
- Digital advertising sales experience - programmatic is a plus
- Professional English and German proficiency
- Experience using various CRM tools to build a robust pipeline
- Experience building client pitch decks and conducting associated research
- Track record of success in a quota carrying environment
- Ability to grasp and communicate technical concepts and platform-based knowledge
- Willingness to travel occasionally to meet clients within their region
