Full job description

Xapads is hiring a Senior Sales Manager to drive strategic growth and expand Branding and Performance business across the UK and EMEA. The role focuses on CTV, Programmatic, Display, Mobile, and Web Performance solutions. Responsibilities include managing the full sales cycle, building agency and client relationships, monitoring market trends, and collaborating cross-functionally. Candidates must have 5+ years in Digital Media/AdTech Sales with strong agency relationships in EMEA, experience with reseller ecosystems, and expertise in branding and performance marketing. Fluency in English is required.

What you'll do

  • Drive branding-led revenue growth across the UK, focusing on CTV, Programmatic, and Display solutions
  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, onboarding, and closure
  • Leverage performance expertise across Mobile and Web to capture incremental budgets
  • Deliver consistent revenue growth aligned with regional and global targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier media agencies, trading desks, and direct brands across the UK
  • Identify and unlock new opportunities within agency and direct client ecosystems
  • Act as a trusted advisor to ensure long-term client retention and satisfaction
  • Monitor competitor activity, audience trends, and the evolving CTV landscape to sharpen go-to-market strategy
  • Contribute to Xapads' strategic positioning and long-term growth across EMEA
  • Represent the company at key industry events, panels, and trade bodies (e.g., IAB, ISBA)
  • Partner with Ad Ops, Strategy, and Product teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and client success
  • Feed client and market insights back into product development and solution design

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Digital Media / AdTech Sales, preferably within the UK and EMEA markets
  • Strong experience and established relationships with EMEA trading hubs within major agency groups (GroupM, Publicis, Dentsu, Omnicom, IPG)
  • Prior experience working with a curator or reseller ecosystem is mandatory
  • Deep understanding of branding solutions across CTV, Programmatic, Display, Native, and Traditional Digital ecosystems
  • Experience in Performance Marketing (Mobile & Web)
  • Proven track record of driving high-value deals and scaling revenue within agency-led environments
  • Proven ability to drive strategic partnerships and revenue growth
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional European languages is a strong advantage
