Full job description
RTB House is seeking a Sales Manager/Director to implement market development strategies, identify new partnership opportunities, and convert them into clients in the SEA markets including Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam. Responsibilities include managing the full sales cycle, developing relationships with key stakeholders, expanding the client portfolio, delivering presentations, analyzing sales data, partnering with technical teams, and maintaining customer communications. Candidates should have 5+ years of B2B sales experience, 3+ years in performance marketing, understanding of online advertising and RTB models, strong analytical and negotiation skills, fluency in English, and preferably business-level Thai. The role is based in Singapore.
What you'll do
- Generate direct sales by handling all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting to closure
- Identify new sales opportunities and convert them into RTB House customers on the SEA markets (Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam etc)
