Full job description
RTB House seeks a Sales Manager/Director to implement market development strategies and convert new partnerships into clients in China. Responsibilities include managing the full sales cycle, developing client relationships, expanding the client portfolio, presenting products, analyzing sales data, and collaborating with technical teams. Requirements include 3+ years in online sales, 5+ years B2B sales experience, knowledge of online advertising and RTB models, strong analytical and communication skills, and fluency in English and Chinese. The role offers remote work and the opportunity to work with AI-powered marketing technology.
What you'll do
- Generate direct sales by handling all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting to closure
- Identify new sales opportunities and convert them into RTB House customers on the China market
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders of brands and agencies
- Expand portfolio of RTB House’s new clients
- Participate in product and offer presentations/pitches to prospective clients and agencies
- Analyze sales statistics and formulate sales strategies to achieve desired growth
- Partner with technical and account management teams
- Execute customer communications via telephone or email
- Create formal offers and present them to potential customers
- Deliver high levels of customer relationship management, satisfaction, and interaction
- Report on the status of sales processes regarding existing and potential customers
- Develop professional and technical knowledge by attending training sessions
Requirements
- Understanding of the online advertising industry including major recent trends
- Existing, meaningful relationships within the ecommerce clients in China and Hong Kong market
- Knowledge of RTB model is an asset
- 3+ years of successful sales experience in online industry
- 5+ years of sales experience in a B2B environment
- University degree
- Great analytical skills
- Persuasion, exceptional negotiation and communication skills
- Fluency in English and Chinese
